The launch of Live with Lidia was such a beautiful night. I received love and support from everyone present, and even those who weren’t there. I loved feeling the love reading all your text and beautiful messages. I was so thankful to my fashion bestie Izzy, who although moved across country was present in spirit and via a beautiful gift. I was on cloud nine but feeling crazy nervous and scared. I felt excited to be starting an endeavor alone, but insecure knowing I wouldn’t be able to fall back on anyone else! So many emotions...
I began to fill up with joy the moment I unveiled this website, my new baby! I felt pride, joy, excitement and complete gratitude. As I looked around the room I scoped everyone that has believed in me. Some family, some friends, and some you could say strangers; social media friends who took the chance with me. One person that was missing but was very much present was my friend Lion, Izzy’s husband. Lions is a tech savvy guru that not only helped design my website but also guided me behind the scenes. He was actively working with me to prepare the site for launch, last minute updates the moment I launched, and beyond. Thank you Lion, and your company Loocid for helping me design and create this beautiful website! Of course, thank you to all my amazing sponsors who so graciously sponsored their services, time and money to the event!
A very cool aspect of the night was the pleasure of meeting Noemi of Coffee with Curls Podcast! Not only did she attend, she also covered the event and interviewed me during the launch.
